A young gymnast who captured hearts with her brave battled against Cystic Fibrosishas died.
Sonny Lang caught the nation's attention last year with her fight and determination to complete a bucket list despite her terminal condition.
The 23-year-old, who was said to have the heart and lungs of an 80-year-old, died this morning, it was revealed.
In an emotional post on Facebook, her mother, Anna-Marie Clark, said: "No words, no words can even begin to describe the shattered hearts and souls that we now have.

The young woman was rushed to hospital on January 31 after catching a virus that began to shut her lungs down.
Despite a brave 10-day battle, Sonny died in the early hours of this morning.
According to the Yorkshire Evening Post, pals of the 23-year-old posted tributes as soon as they heard the tragic news.

Close friend Emma Louise Saunders said: "I'm going to miss you more than words can describe.
"If you have taught me anything it's to live life to the full & you certainly did despite your illness. I love you so much, rest in peace."
Beth Wilson added: "Nothing in this world mentally and physically prepares you to have to say goodbye to your best friend and walk out that room knowing you will never see her again.
"After fighting all 23 years of her life , she finally grew her wings. Heartbroken just doesn't cut it, fly high my beautiful princess & I will see you on the other side. We love you unconditionally."

Fighter: Sonny was diagnosed shortly after birth
Sonny was diagnosed with CF at the age of 13 months old and underwent her double organ transplant in 1997 at Great Ormond Street Hospital .
She vowed to live a normal life, yet despite keeping fit and even training with the British gymnastics squad.
Last year while describing her battle, Sonny said: "I always knew I was not going to be around for ever but you just have to make the most of it while you're here.
"I just want to do a few things everyone would want to do and that I haven't been able to do because of my illness and may not be able to do in the future.
